Why yoga at work?

Yoga at work can help in many ways:

  • Prevent or alleviate work-related illnesses such as back pain, stress, depression. 

  • Helps cardiovascular health through movement and increased oxygen flow to the heart. 

  • Energise or sooth the nervous system through breathing techniques and meditation. 

  • Allows movement in the body which otherwise may not be viable due to the type of work. It simply keeps your body working properly!

Interested in regular office yoga? Classes can  be tailored to the companies needs and wants. For example, in a high-stress environment, allowing the mind to be nurtured would be a big part of the sessions. I aim to give a Free Trial session to make sure we are a good fit.
